ALIS Method (Alternate Lighting of Surfaces Method)
High definition and high brightness is realized by displaying 1024
scanning lines with same 512 lines of scanning electrodes as conventional
system, by discharging alternately the spaces between the display electrodes
and the scanning display electrodes not being used in the conventional
system.
